The IMDI Project Center encompasses all project teams. The Project Center hosts monthly Progress report events of each project, as compulsory updates for all project teams. The Project Center is responsible for calculating project expenses for the following year and assessment of the priority and feasibility of new project ideas.

Each project team is led by team leader. i.e. a Senior associate, responsible for the Junior associates in his/her Project team.
