Recognition and support of young motivated medical doctors and researchers is one of the crucial objectives of International Medical Diplomacy Institute (IMDI). To meet this goal, IMDI launches its Career Promotion Platform, providing international professional exchange programs, along with clinical, doctoral and post-doctoral fellowships.

The project includes acquiring vacant fellowship places worldwide for young medical doctors and scientists, assessing candidates’ portfolios, interviewing the candidates, and providing them with mentorship in the host institutions.

Prior to, during and after fellowship completion, career plans and career development ideas of each participant in the project will be assessed, in order to offer the young colleagues intensive follow-up and involvement into long term scientific projects, with the final outcome of providing partner institutions with a new generation of collaborators with advanced knowledge and skills.

Participation in the IMDI Career Promotion Platform will also be possible for the most talented students through the Junior Exchange unit of the IMDI Career Promotion Platform.

Additionally, IMDI Career Promotion Platform will include exchange programs enabling surgeons from developing countries to gain experience in new state of the art methods under mentorship of leading experts in the field.

IMDI will encourage and assist other institutions in establishing scholarship programs or grants for the participants of the Career Promotion Platform.
