IMDI Science Center comprises a multi-centric team of scientists working on common projects while performing research at their home institutions. It coordinates proof-reading and submission of publications to peer-reviewed journals and Conducts data acquisition from the partner institutions in case of available clinical research data. It also coordinates bilateral and multilateral scientific project funding applications.

The IMDI Science Center is headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany, with a branch in Belgrade, Serbia. It is managed by Head of biomedical research, and Head of clinical research.
